Cancelling Sessions
You may cancel any reservation for a session against any membership up until the start time of the session.
Regular Cancellations
If you cancel a reservation for a session two or more hours before the start time, the credit for the session will be returned against your membership.
Late Cancellations
If you cancel within two hours of the session start time, this will be deemed a Late Cancellation and the credit will not be returned or refunded.
Please note that there is a blackout period overnight between 00:00 and 06:00, which does not count towards the two hour cancellation window.
Example:
You are booked into the 07:00 class the following morning and you wish to cancel.
Cancel by 23:00 the previous day to have the credit for the session returned.
