Membership Hold Requests

  • You may request to place your membership on hold for any reason for up to two months during any 12 month period, with 30 days advance notice before the 1st of the month.
  • The minimum hold period is one calendar month (from the 1st to the last day of the month), with a maximum of two consecutive calendar months.
  • Any period a membership is on hold will not count towards the minimum term.
  • A membership may not be on hold during the final month, constituting the 30 day notice period of cancellation.
  • Email us at memberships@crossfitwalthamstow.com to request a membership hold.

Holding a Membership due to reasons of illness, injury or pregnancy 

  • Should you experience illness, injury or pregnancy that prevents you from training with us for a period of time, we may pause your membership until you are able to return.
  • You can request to pause your membership by emailing us at memberships@crossfitwalthamstow.com with appropriate medical documentation to support the request.
  • Your membership can be held from the date of your email request until an expected return date, which may be amended as needed based on the advice of your healthcare professional. A return date must be set to initiate the pause.
  • Any credits for payments already taken will be applied to future payments.
