Waitlists

The Waitlist is a virtual queue for spaces in a fully booked session should they come available. If the session you wish to attend is fully booked, you may add yourself to the Waitlist for the session at any time prior to the start time of the session.

How does the Waitlist award spaces in the session if they become available?

• The first person added to the waitlist has priority for a space, and then the next, and so on.
• Should you be awarded a spot more than 3 hours before the session start time (and you have sufficient credit against your Membership to be added to the session) you will be added automatically.
• If you are first in line, but the session is due to start within 3 hours, you will have to accept the spot to confirm your attendance within 45 minutes of the spot being offered.
• If you do not accept the space, it will be offered to the next person on the Waitlist.
